At an event, a photographer who gets noticed damages the thing he came to document. I work on silent shutter, in available light, with no flash aimed at guests, and I stand where the action is about to happen rather than where it just happened.
You get what is actually used: speakers on stage, conversations in the corridors, the full room seen from behind, partner logos sharp and legible, and portraits that can go to the press the same evening.

What people ask most.
Do you deliver images the same day?
Yes. An express selection of 15 to 30 retouched images can be delivered within hours, which is essential for a release or a live post.
Do you use flash?
As little as possible. In dark interiors I bounce the flash, never aimed at faces. At a filmed conference I work with no flash at all.
Is accreditation needed?
Plan for it if the venue requires one, particularly inside international organisations. A thirty minute technical visit the day before improves the result a great deal.
Do you film the event as well?
Yes, with an extra operator so the stills are not sacrificed. We deliver a short film and verticals for social.
How far in advance should we book?
Two to four weeks for a weekday event, more during trade fair season and the December period, when dates go quickly in Geneva. Urgent requests are considered, availability decides.
Do you deliver same day images for social media?
Yes, on request. A first selection of ten to twenty retouched images is sent during the event or within the following hours, so your communication runs while the subject is still current.
Do you cover congresses and trade fairs at Palexpo?
Yes: congresses, trade fairs, award ceremonies and international conferences. Accreditation and restricted areas are settled in advance with the organiser, which avoids surprises at the door.
How do you handle guests' image rights?
A notice at the entrance informs attendees and the organiser remains responsible for consent. Anyone who asks is removed from the delivered selection. For sensitive events we work from a named list.
Do you also film the event?
Yes. A one to two minute aftermovie, interviews and vertical social formats. Stills and video in a single booking cost less than two separate crews.
Do you work in low light without flash?
Yes, and it is the rule during speeches, concerts and ceremonies. The cameras used hold high sensitivities well, and flash only appears for group photographs and posed portraits.
Do you work evenings and weekends?
Yes, with no hidden surcharge: the schedule is part of the quote from the start. Galas, company evenings, openings and Sunday events are covered like anything else.
