Most company team pages look like a holiday photo album. One headshot taken against a window, one cropped from a wedding, one shot on a phone in the open space. Each is fine on its own. Side by side, they say nobody took it seriously.
The fix is simple: same background, same light, same framing for everyone. That is why headshots are best done in the studio. The settings are kept for two years, so the person who joins in March gets the same picture as the people who were there in September.

A short call before the date
How many people, what the images are for, when you need them. That decides the location, the background and the length of the session.
Studio or your offices
The Cointrin studio is five minutes from the airport, with light that never changes. When moving the whole team makes no sense, we come to you.
Approval on screen
Images show up on screen during the shoot. You approve the framing on the first person and everyone follows the same template.
Delivery in 3 to 5 days
Private online gallery, full-resolution files, formats ready for web and print. 24 to 48 hour delivery available as an option.

These are starting prices. The final quote depends on headcount, location and intended use.

Do we come to the studio, or can you come to our offices?
Both work. The Cointrin studio guarantees identical light for everyone, which matters when the headshots need to match. When it is easier not to move the team, we come to you.
Someone joins in six months: will their headshot match the others?
Yes. Background, light and framing settings are kept for two years. The new joiner comes to the studio and their picture lines up with their colleagues'.
How quickly do we get the photos?
Within 3 to 5 days, in a private online gallery, at full resolution. 24 to 48 hour delivery is available as an option, handy after an event.
Can we do photo and video in the same session?
Yes. The lighting is set up once and it is the same crew. You leave with the headshots and the video formats for LinkedIn or your website.
